Hi, I'm Pastor Katina Collins, Founder of i Refer Her (iRH).

The mission of i Refer Her was born from my own journey. I experienced what it meant when someone believed in me, encouraged me, and opened doors I couldn't open on my own. Today, I want every woman to experience that same kind of support.

Years ago, someone took the time to see beyond where I was and recognize who I could become. Their kindness, encouragement, and willingness to invest in my life changed my direction. That experience taught me something I have never forgotten: one person can make an extraordinary difference in the life of another.

That's why i Refer Her exists.
